Return Policy

We want you to have the best possible shopping experience here at Whimsies Boutique! We understand that sometimes your DREAM item didn’t end up working perfectly for you. We are happy to accept returns & will issue store credit or a refund for the amount of the item(s), so you can find something you really love!

We ask that you please look over, examine & try-on your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Regular returns or exchanges, have to be made within 14 days from the date your was picked up or your order was shipped.

  • In-store pickup items are for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
  • Shipped items will be available for a refund.
  • Sale items are all FINAL SALE! These items aren’t eligible for store credits or size exchanges. Any sale items that that are sent back will be marked return to sender & will be subject to additional shipping costs.
  • All returns must be made within 14 days from the date your order was picked up or shipped.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact sales@whimsiesboutique.com or 254-933-7024 for assistance.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided & placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted. 
  • The following items DO NOT qualify for a return of any kind:
    • Sale items
    • Jewelry
    • Sunglasses
    • Bralettes
    • Bodysuits
    • Swimsuits
    • Socks
    • Hair accessories
    • Hats
    • Liquid products 
  • Items can be denied for return if any of the following apply:
    • Washed and/or worn
    • Deodorant marks
    • Stains of any kind (makeup)
    • Excessive wrinkling (looks worn)
    • No original tag attached
    • Detached size/wash & care tags
    • Animal/Human hair
    • Lingering odor, such as smoke, perfume, cologne, or detergent
    • Any visible wear or damage

 

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you & will be subject to additional shipping costs.

 

Making an Exchange

We have lots of traffic at our storefront location and certain items go faster than others. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that your specific size will be available when your exchange is received. If this is the case, when we receive your return, we will automatically issue you a refund.
